These H-beam connecting rod engineered from high tensile 4340 steel material ,they match to Honda D16L engine , each rod are polished and shot peened to improve fatigue life. Per rod fully finished by advance CNC machine , the surface looks very smooth ,It is hard to see the tool vestige.
Each rod connected by quality dowel sleeve , it is easy to remove beam and cap , and achieve re-assembling . Per rod installed bronze bushings for improved wrist pin life .
One oil hole drilled at the top of small end for enough lubrication for piston , to increase piston fatigue life .
